Role Description This highly flexible role will allow the right candidate to work remotely without the administrative and client-development demands of a shareholder/partner track position. Position Summary: Infleqtion is seeking a Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities to report directly to the Chief Legal Officer and serve as a critical legal partner for corporate governance, securities compliance, and public company matters.
