Propósito del rol: El desafío es ser el motor operativo y técnico de la red. Su misión es transformar la voluntad colaborativa de los socios en resultados tangibles, asegurando la sostenibilidad financiera, el cumplimiento legal y la excelencia técnica de la organización. Principales responsabilidades: - Gestión Estratégica: Actuar como enlace directo entre la estrategia definida por el Comité Ejecutivo y la operación diaria. - Gobernanza: Organizar reuniones del Consejo Directivo y mesas de trabajo, confeccionando actas y realizando seguimiento de acuerdos. - Ejecución de Proyectos: Liderar la logística de eventos clave, como el encuentro anual de directores, y dar seguimiento al calendario de actividades. - Gestión Administrativa: Responsable de la tesorería (flujo de caja, pago a proveedores) y supervisión del cumplimiento tributario y contable, tanto como gestionar la recaudación de cuotas de los socios anuales. - Crecimiento de la Red: Identificar y reclutar nuevas organizaciones socias que se alineen con el perfil de la comunidad. - Innovación, Tecnología y Evaluación: Implementar sistemas de seguimiento (KPIs) y supervisar proyectos de tecnología e iniciativas de IA para la red. Contar con mentalidad digital para liderar proyectos específicos, como la mantención de la web y el desarrollo del proyecto que ayuden con el propósito de la Red - Gestión de Terceros: Coordinación con entidades técnicas externas, como el CEFIS, Universidades entre otras instituciones. Requisitos técnicos: - Formación: Profesional de las áreas de Ingeniería, Administración o Ciencias Sociales con fuerte enfoque en gestión. - Experiencia: Experiencia demostrable en la coordinación de redes, fundaciones, gremios o ecosistemas de colaboración. - Conocimientos: Manejo del sector filantrópico y del funcionamiento de organizaciones de la sociedad civil (OSC). Fit cultural: - Articulación de Pares: Capacidad para interactuar con Directores Ejecutivos bajo un modelo no jerárquico. - Gestión Profesional: Habilidad para ejecutar procesos administrativos con orden, agilidad y un alto criterio político. - Visión Sistémica: Capacidad para entender cómo la colaboración genera cambios en las políticas públicas y el desarrollo sostenible. Beneficios y condiciones - Renta: $1.800.000 líquidos. - Jornada: Media jornada (horario sugerido de 09:00 a 14:00 hrs). - Dependencia: Reporta directamente al Comité Ejecutivo. - Modalidad: Trabajo principalmente remoto con reuniones presenciales.
