This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 350000 - Rs 1500000 (ie INR 3.5 - 15 LPA) Min Experience: 1 years Location: Remote JobType: full-time We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our banking team. The role involves handling customer relationships, supporting banking operations, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Job Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management
- Establish and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing customers
- Assess clients' financial requirements and suggest appropriate banking products
- Maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Sales & Business Development
- Market banking products including savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, and insurance
- Meet sales targets and actively contribute to the growth of branch revenue
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
- Banking Operations
- Manage daily branch operations such as account openings, KYC verification, and transaction processing
- Ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to banking policies
- Assist with audit processes and regulatory compliance
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Comply with RBI regulations and internal compliance standards
- Implement thorough verification and fraud prevention practices
- Protect the confidentiality of customer information
- Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing of customer requests
- Generate reports covering sales, customer interactions, and performance indicators
