• Own your pipeline by driving outbound prospecting in partnership with BDR and Marketing teams. • Manage and convert inbound leads, qualifying opportunities and advancing them through the funnel. • Develop account-based strategies for priority prospects within manufacturing and procurement. • Lead discovery, product demos, and consultative sales conversations tailored to customer needs. • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from first meeting through contract close. • Accurately forecast revenue, maintain pipeline hygiene, and consistently meet or exceed quota. • Partner closely with BDR, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey. • Provide feedback from the field to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, with full-cycle ownership preferred.
  • Proven ability to prospect, run discovery, close new business, and expand existing accounts.
  • Experience selling into complex or technical environments; manufacturing, procurement, or supply chain experience is a strong asset.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort managing long, multi-threaded sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and maintaining accurate forecasts and pipeline data.
