The Mission We are seeking a talented Project Manager to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in project management within IT and cloud technologies, combined with consulting experience that has sharpened their ability to be empathic, customer-obsessed, and organized. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget—while delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to the growth of Caylent’s client relationships. Your Assignment - Manage projects end-to-end using Agile methodologies with minimal supervision - Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budget estimates aligned to SOW deliverables - Ability to manage the scope of the SOW and negotiate discrepancies with customers, driving prioritization decisions - Successfully drive the project schedule and scope while avoiding budget implications - Maintain PM compliance responsibilities including PSA Health reporting, status reports, sprint reviews, and risk and issue management - Properly identify and differentiate risks from issues, and determine when to escalate within the project - Facilitate backlog creation ensuring tickets have definitions, acceptance criteria, and estimation; manage team work through appropriate Jira reports - Build and maintain client trust through reliable project delivery and consistent communication; facilitate proactive, tough client conversations - Deliver against client business outcomes, not just the letter of the SOW, and collaborate with Delivery to surface future opportunities - Ability to observe and provide timely feedback for project teams focused on client value - Lead or contribute to CPM initiatives and strategic cross-functional efforts Your Qualifications - 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a client-facing Project Manager role - 2+ years of experience in a consulting or professional services environment - Experience managing projects over $500,000 with teams of 5 or more - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification - Ability to leverage multiple Project Management methodologies and/or approaches to drive the best Client experience - Experience in forecasting and budget management to drive accuracy in revenue projections - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships - Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level Preferred Qualifications - Familiarity with infrastructure modernization, application development, and/or data engineering disciplines - Experience working with AWS cloud services and technologies - AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or must be willing to obtain within 90 days - Exposure to Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools - Experience working in a client-facing consulting or professional services environment Benefits - Pay in USD - 100% remote work - Generous holidays and flexible PTO - Competitive phantom equity - Paid for exams and certifications - Peer bonus awards - State of the art laptop and tools - Equipment & Office Stipend - Individual professional development plan - Annual stipend for Learning and Development - Work with an amazing worldwide team and in an incredible corporate culture This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs. • Serve as the primary project manager for all direct mail campaign workflows like acquisition, renewal, reactivation, and conservation appeals — coordinating with mail vendors, printers, and designers to keep projects on schedule and on budget. • Own production timelines for each mail campaign from creative brief through final drop, including copy development, data pulls, segmentation requests, proofing, approvals, and file delivery. • Coordinate with the Director of Annual Giving and Campaigns on campaign strategy, audience segmentation, and gift structure for each mailing. • Manage vendor estimates, invoices, print specs, and postage budgets. • Track expenses against campaign budgets and flag variances early. • Support digital fundraising and membership efforts by coordinating email, landing page, and online campaign components that align with direct mail touchpoints. • Work closely with the Communications and Digital Marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging, creative, and storytelling across mail and digital channels. • Help coordinate emerging programs such as monthly giving and mid-level donor campaigns as they scale. • Build and maintain detailed campaign calendars and review schedules for all concurrent campaigns across channels. • Track campaign milestones, flag risks early, and ensure timelines, approvals, and deliverables stay on track across all active projects. • Organize post-campaign results, document learnings, and help identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and increase response rates over time. • Partner with analytics and data teams to support segmentation testing, source code tracking, and campaign performance reporting.
• The Project Manager is primarily responsible for the hands-on execution and delivery of decarbonization initiatives, energy audits, and regulatory compliance projects • This role will focus on the timely and cost-effective completion of client deliverables • Ensure strong project management practices, maintain effective communication with clients, and foster collaborative relationships to ensure smooth and successful delivery of all projects • Conduct ASHRAE Level 1, 2 and 3 energy audits, Net Zero Carbon assessments, and retro-commissioning projects • Support the development of portfolio and asset-level Net Zero Carbon strategies • Execute the evaluation and implementation of energy efficiency projects, including deep energy retrofits, by leveraging project management tools • Review HVAC and BAS systems to identify low- and no-cost energy saving measures • Travel to client sites across USA and occasionally to Canada, to perform audits and assessments. • Summarize technical findings into clear, professional reports and present recommendations to clients.
