• Design and produce eBooks, whitepapers, presentations, social media graphics, LinkedIn banners, infographics, sales collateral, and other marketing assets • Create event and sponsorship materials including banners, signage, advertisements, booth graphics, and promotional collateral • Manage Ethixbase360's social media channels, with a primary focus on LinkedIn • Build and deploy marketing emails, landing pages, forms, and workflows in HubSpot • Set up and manage webinars using GoToWebinar • Leverage AI tools such as Claude, Canva AI, and similar technologies to improve marketing productivity • Support conference, event, and sponsorship logistics

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role
  • Strong Canva and graphic design skills with experience creating professional marketing collateral
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels, particularly LinkedIn
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, including email marketing, landing pages, forms, and reporting
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience in Wordpress or similar
  • Experience supporting webinars using GoToWebinar or similar platforms
  • Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar technologies
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across global teams.

Works closely with external eMAR vendors, Guardian’s support services IT department and IT vendors, local pharmacy operations teams, account management, sales, and other customer facing teams to ensure eMAR systems are successfully implemented and supported. Works collaboratively with Sr Support Specialist and internal and external customers to enhance the use of eMAR systems to ensure records, documentation practices, and workflows contribute to optimized clinical outcomes and improved resident care and safety.
