• Spearheading revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers • Collaborating with sales and marketing team • Developing territory plan based on regional strategy • Researching and analyzing market trends and customer needs • Using various tools to identify potential customers • Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop targeted outreach campaigns • Contacting potential customers to set up discovery calls • Following up on inbound leads promptly • Nurturing leads through targeted outreach campaigns • Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads • Using automation tools to track daily, weekly, and monthly progress • Providing feedback to sales and marketing teams on lead quality

• Ensure timely resolution of client and internal Remediation requests according to SLAs • Own resolution of client level 1 Remediation queries within agreed first response timescales • Act as a liaison between client and other ethiXbase teams • Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating content • Collaborate with the global Remediation and Research team • Continuously learn new ethiXbase products and related technologies

• Work closely with the Principal Product Owner to gather, document, and validate business and user requirements • Assist in backlog grooming by organising, refining and maintaining requirement artefacts • Partner with Client Success, Solutions, Sales, and SMEs to collect feedback • Analyse workflows and user journeys across the Ethixbase360 ecosystem

• Create, script, structure, and edit high-quality eLearning modules across key thematic areas such as Human Rights, Cyber Security, and broader third-party risk management themes • Convert policy documents, client materials, and subject matter inputs into engaging, accurate, and scalable learning content • Tailor standard eLearning modules to meet client specific requirements and support clients with content adaptations where needed • Partner closely with Product Managers and internal/external SMEs to refine and enhance learning content, questionnaires, and other engagement materials • Actively prospect for opportunities to build out an ever-growing course catalogue

• Design & build AI microservices (Python/FastAPI) that our core SaaS offering – EB360 (PHP/MySQL) – consumes via secure APIs • Prototype, evaluate, and operationalize LLMs (Bedrock, Hugging Face, frontier models) and classical ML for summarisation, autofill, validation, and agentic querying • Implement RAG pipelines: document ingestion, embedding generation, vector search, context packaging, and guardrails (prompt injection defence, PII redaction) • Document processing: OCR (Textract), NER (Comprehend/LLM), schema mapping, confidence scoring, and human-in-the-loop review for Due Diligence Questionnaires • Build secure, scalable data flows: S3 + Glue/Lambda/Step Functions; integrate with the data warehouse and EB360 data stores • Own production quality: testing, observability, tracing, model evaluation, A/Bs, latency budgets, error handling, and rollback plans • Apply secure-by-default practices (IAM least privilege, KMS, Secrets Manager, audit logs), contribute to SOC 2 controls (access, change, incident) • Partner with Product, Engineering, Client Success, and Data Engineers to scope, deliver, and iterate • Use/evangelise Cursor/Windsurf/Kiro for productivity; write internal docs, patterns, and reusable components. • Transform Ethixbase360’s data landscape into a strategic asset, enabling smarter decisions, faster innovation, and stronger client outcomes.
