Talent Acquisition Manager

EMS

• Oversee the recruitment and talent acquisition functions for all affiliated companies under Enterprise Management • Manage recruitment strategy, optimizing applicant tracking systems, and supervising a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists • Ensure all workforce needs are met in alignment with organizational goals and regulatory standards • Develop long-term workforce planning strategies and execute high-volume and specialized recruitment campaigns • Interface with leadership across operations, HR, compliance, and finance to ensure efficient and compliant talent acquisition processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • At least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
  • Experience recruiting in healthcare, nonprofit, or human services settings strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with EEO/AA, OFCCP, and HRIS/ATS systems
  • Ability to pass background and reference checks.

Position Overview The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner is responsible for driving proactive sourcing strategies to support the organization’s current and future hiring needs. This role partners closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring leaders to identify, engage, and build pipelines of high-quality candidates, particularly for hard-to-fill, niche, and business-critical roles. This position leverages market intelligence, innovative sourcing techniques, and data-driven insights to influence recruiting strategies, improve candidate quality, and enhance overall hiring outcomes. The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a key role in building long-term talent pipelines and strengthening the organization’s competitive position in the talent market.
