• Manage all stages of the Recruitment & Selection process for client areas, from aligning and defining the job profile with leadership, screening resumes, psychological assessment, competency-based interviews, and preparing candidate reports to final delivery, ensuring hires aligned with the company’s needs within expected timelines; • Work closely with area leadership to understand roles, requirements and hiring needs within the business context; • Monitor KPIs and support analysis of metrics and reports related to Recruitment & Selection performance, aiming for quality, efficiency and agility while ensuring the best candidate experience; • Support strategies and apply market best practices to attract top talent to the team, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives; • Continuously seek improvements and innovations in recruitment and selection processes, proposing solutions that make the workflow more efficient and aligned with organizational needs; • Oversee the onboarding of new employees to facilitate their adaptation and integration with the team and company culture.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an active CRP (professional registration);
- End-to-end experience in recruitment and selection processes at various levels, conducting competency-based and technical interviews in partnership with hiring managers;
- Knowledge of psychological assessment and preparation of candidate reports;
- Experience with ATS tools (preferably Gupy);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel;
