Job Description

UI/UX Designer

XTRM Inc.

• Lead the design phase by translating functional requirements and product strategies into high-fidelity UI/UX designs. • Build screens, interactive prototypes, and design assets using Figma. • Partner with Product Management to ensure designs align with business goals. • Collaborate closely with Engineering to support smooth and accurate design handoffs. • Apply user-centric design principles to create intuitive and visually engaging web interfaces. • Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate based on product needs and user goals.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Web Design, UI/UX Design, or Product Design.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, including organizing and documenting design files for developer handoff.
  • Portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and user-friendly web interfaces.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fully remote environment and take ownership of responsibilities.
