• Plans and runs usability tests, reviews, and research to find issues and opportunities to improve the digital experience across multiple solutions such as online/mobile banking, payments, account opening, loan origination, etc. • Assists with testing and validation of new digital products/services, system enhancements, and defect resolutions to ensure quality and alignment with member needs. • Participates in system issue resolution by helping to replicate, document, and evaluate member-impacting problems and provide recommendations for fixes. • Collaborates with third-party vendors to coordinate user testing, gather feedback, and evaluate vendor-provided solutions for usability and accessibility. • Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to generate actionable insights that inform design and digital product decisions. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to advocate for best-in-class member experience through the product lifecycle. • Documents and presents findings, user journeys, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling way. • Supports accessibility standards (WCAG, ADA) and ensures digital platforms are inclusive for all members. • Partners with Digital Product Managers to validate new features and enhancements through testing and pilot programs. • Advocates for members in all project discussions, ensuring that decisions are made based on user needs, behaviors, and expectations. • Monitors member feedback channels and analytics to proactively identify friction in the digital experience. • Stays current with UX trends, digital banking best practices, and emerging financial technologies, bringing forward innovative ideas to improve engagement. • Assists with other tasks and projects as assigned.

• Lead the design vision for BetterSleep’s core app experience in close partnership with Product and Engineering, and advocate for the user throughout the product development process • Design high-quality end-to-end user experiences that deliver a consistent, intuitive, and emotionally resonant experience across the customer journey • Own and evolve key product surfaces including core navigation, feature discovery and engagement, clinical screening and referral flows that feel seamless within the consumer app experience, and other critical moments that drive activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention • Craft and direct UX copy and microcopy across the product experience, including feature titling, education, and navigation, ensuring alignment with BetterSleep’s brand voice • Design for localization (text expansion, RTL considerations, etc.) to address the 6+ languages supported within the app • Collaborate with Engineers, Product Managers, and other Designers to solve user problems, navigate technical constraints, and scale product experiences effectively • Leverage internal data, experimentation results, and your understanding of human behavior to identify opportunities for improving conversion, retention, and engagement • Design for personalization and adaptive experiences, helping shape user flows that respond to individual needs, sleep goals, behaviors, and future AI-driven product capabilities • Participate in user research and competitive analysis to inform product direction and ensure a best-in-class mobile experience • Actively participate in agile processes and ceremonies • Make recommendations to management on process and tooling improvements • Ensure compliance with Android and Apple platform guidelines, stay current on new developments, and inform the team of relevant updates • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate complex ideas, goals, and design rationale clearly and effectively • Mentor and guide other designers

• Use instructional design principles and methodologies, such as ADDIE, SAM, and AGILE Models, to design and storyboard enterprise learning content • Collaborate with education leads, project owners, subject matter experts (SMEs), business partners, key stakeholders, and external resource vendors to develop best-in-class learning content • Develop engaging learning programs and course content • Make regular recommendations for new learning methods • Track, evaluate, and improve the effectiveness of existing learning content

• Preparation and execution of Architectural and Engineering Consultant Agreements defining Scope of Work, Scope of Services and Fees based on Owner’s Project Requirements • Preparing scope of work, scope of services, and solicitations for services including Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals • Ensuring there is alignment and accountabilities between Owner’s requirements and Construction Documents provided to Construction and Supply Chain • Manage the quality and timeliness of the AE’s performance • Review and approval of consultant invoices • Interaction with AHJs (Authorities Having Jurisdiction) for initial planning, requirements identification and approvals • Manages monthly project specific design work plans, schedules, and budgets • Effective daily management of the project design team (internal and external) and Equipment Suppliers to ensure the provision of required level of services in a pro-active and professional manner • Participate as Owner’s representative in AOC and OAC meetings
