Join our Rogers Arkansas branch of First American, where our people are our greatest asset. We are seeking an Associate Escrow Officer to support a growing pipeline of commercial transactions. What You'll Do - Order and review title reports for issuing title insurance; identify and resolve title defects, liens, and encumbrances related to commercial transactions. - Establish escrow accounts by depositing funds and maintaining complete and accurate records. - Prepare transaction and closing documents by completing required forms and statements; collect, review, and verify supporting documentation. - Independently handle certain escrow transactions from opening through closing with minimal supervision. - Work closely with Escrow, Title, and Underwriting teams to identify, mitigate, and reduce transactional risk. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, including strict adherence to wire fraud prevention procedures. - Maintain a strong working knowledge of Corporate and NCS policies and procedures. - Stay current on industry practices through continuing education, professional publications, and networking. - Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring - High School diploma or equivalent - 5+ years of experience as an Escrow Assistant - Direct experience handling residential and/or commercial escrow transactions strongly preferred - Valid licensing and/or certification as required by applicable state regulations - Currently located in, or willing to relocate to, Northwest Arkansas for an in-office role Pay Range: $26.88 - $35.82 Hourly, Remote This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
