Role Description The Inc. Headquarters Financial Compliance and Controls team is seeking a Financial Compliance Analyst to join our team. This role will have the following responsibilities: - Prepare required financial census reports, including: - Coordinating requests across the Inc. footprint. - Working in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) to extract financial information. - Ensuring census requests are completed on time and accurately. - Responding to any census questions. - Continuous improvement in the census reporting process. - Support the transition of the Business Risk Management (BRM) process to the Risk Management team, which includes: - Guidance to various stakeholders. - Ensuring data entered in the Archer system is accurate. - Preparing presentations. - Assist and prepare various periodic compliance and transactional activities, which may include: - Company funded investments (SOAs) reviews. - Annual provision data analysis. - Quarterly analysis of estimate at complete (EAC) provisions. - Annual review of Dun and Bradstreet listing. - Maintain the Inc. Finance OneSpace website, ensuring data is current. - Maintain various financial compliance workflow applications in an administrator role. - Serve as a proactive team member to provide support as needed to multiple stakeholders for the Financial Control Framework (FCF) process and various ad-hoc projects. - Requires a strong desire to innovate for continuous improvement. An individual would be successful in this role by demonstrating: - Project management skills. - Strong data analysis skills. - Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint skills. - Communication skills. - A continuous improvement mindset. - Self-driven and effective working independently. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, Statistics or related. - 4+ years professional experience. ROLE SUMMARY The Senior Health Data Analyst builds the data layer that powers Blueprint's Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) engagements. This includes county and facility-level rural health supply and demand fact bases, customizable dashboards, gap analyses, and scheduled automated reporting. This role layers healthcare-specific data expertise on top of our existing dashboard, automation, and AI capability. The analyst works closely with engagement, training, and PMO teams to ensure data drives decisions in the field. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Build and maintain rural health supply and demand fact bases at the county and facility level for client states. - Develop customizable dashboards for state and Center of Excellence users. - Conduct cross-reference and gap analyses of utilization trends against current care delivery footprints. - Produce population health, financial risk, infrastructure, and geographic disparity analyses to inform service line decisions. - Build user-generated and scheduled reporting tied to state and CMS reporting requirements. - Integrate claims data, APCDs, HEDIS measures, BRFSS, PRAPARE, and other sources into Blueprint's analytic environment. QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 5 years of healthcare data analytics experience, with at least 2 years working with state Medicaid data, APCDs, or hospital data warehouses. - Strong fluency in claims data, CMS quality measures (HEDIS, MIPS), and social determinants data sources. - Advanced SQL; proficiency in at least one of Python, R, or comparable analytic language. - Experience with at least one BI platform: Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar. - Demonstrated ability to translate analytic findings into plain-language insights for non-technical audiences. PREFERRED - Experience with rural-specific data sources (Flex Monitoring Team, RUPRI, FORHP datasets). - Prior experience supporting State Office of Rural Health analytics or rural health research. - Familiarity with geospatial analysis (PostGIS, ArcGIS, or equivalent) for rural service area work.
