Role Description As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will ensure customers receive the best value for all their products and services. Your responsibilities will include: - Make outbound calls, primarily to new or past customers. - Upsell and offer additional products and services that meet the customers’ needs. - Stay informed about the latest packages available for Internet, mobile services, programming, and TV. - Understand the customer’s situation and recognize their needs. - Build rapport quickly while effectively overcoming objections. - Maintain a high level of confidentiality. - Consistently meet or exceed various KPI targets. Qualifications - Experience working in a call center, specifically in a role focused on outbound sales. - A minimum of 6 months of sales experience. - The ability to quickly build rapport and overcome objections. - A strong desire to earn a higher income in a bonus-driven sales environment. - Strong computer skills, with the ability to multitask using a wide range of software applications and programs. - The ability to connect your computer directly to your modem using an Ethernet cable while working. Benefits - Base wage: $17.05 per hour in most Canadian provinces ($17.85 per hour in BC). - Commission: Uncapped bonus earning potential. - Full Time Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30 pm to 11:00 pm EST (please be mindful of your time zone).
