Job Description At QIMA, we are looking for a Coordinator of Ethical Auditors for the Americas. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity and consistency of our ethical audits across the region. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about promoting ethical standards, we want to meet you. Responsibilities: - Audit Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate ethical audits across multiple locations within the Americas, ensuring proper implementation of ethical auditing standards. - Team Supervision: Oversee and support a team of ethical auditors, providing guidance and problem-solving in the field. - Quality Control: Review and approve audit reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with current ethical standards and regulations. - Training: Organize and conduct training sessions for auditors, keeping them updated with best practices and changes in ethical standards. - Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication about audit progress and results. - Reporting Results: Generate detailed performance reports for the audit team and present findings and recommendations to management. - Continuous Improvement: Propose and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to optimize audit processes and ethical standards. Qualifications - Strong communication and organizational skills, with a proactive, detail-oriented, and service-driven mindset. - Ability to coordinate EMEA auditors’ logistics, including flight bookings, car rentals, and hotel accommodations. - Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment. - Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. - Available to work from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Mexico City time - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Ethics, Compliance, or a related field. - Previous experience in logistics, operations, or administrative support is a plus. - Compensation: USD 450–550 per month - This internship is offered on a contractor basis.
