Role Description The Sales Representative team drives the Future of Finance - and we want you to join us in this adventure. In order to unlock our next phase of growth, we are driven to find a Sales Representative who is as ambitious as we are. - Sales Enthusiast: Build and nurture a pipeline sufficient to contribute to achieving revenue goals for the Alevate AP/AR solution, engaging with both new and existing customers within our ideal customer profile (ICP). - Customer focused: Team effectively with available partners and existing Account Manager to drive the business and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction. - Strategic thinking: Contribute to positioning Serrala and its solutions through research, preparation of value-based selling materials, and gathering supporting data like ROI analyses and references. - Transfer know-how: Generate, qualify and develop business opportunities from your own prospecting activities (Social, Tele, F2F, Partnerships), as well as qualify and develop business opportunities from marketing qualified leads. - Hands-On-Mentality: Coordinate customer demonstrations and proposal development, build business cases (what problem do we solve, differentiation, financial models), processing of tenders/RFPs. Qualifications - Bachelor's or equivalent degree, preferably in business, management, or a related field. - Prior exposure to sales or enterprise software solutions is a plus. - Fluent in German and English; any other European language is a nice to have. Requirements - Possible traveling approximately 1-2 times per month to participate in key strategic client meetings. - Interest in sales and a drive to develop strong skills in account planning, prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity closing. - Comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders and eager to enhance strategic selling and presentation skills. - Willingness to grow and learn within a supportive training and mentoring program in an organization that values international collaboration.
