Role Description The Lead Knowledge Expert - Structured Content & Quality is responsible for developing, maintaining, and ensuring the integrity of structured immigration content that powers the firm’s technology products, including the Business Visa Matrix. This role operates at a lead specialist level, working semi-autonomously in partnership with a Senior Knowledge Manager to translate complex immigration frameworks into structured, logic-based content while driving quality control, consistency, and governance across knowledge assets. The position bridges legal interpretation, structured data modeling, and quality assurance to ensure that content is accurate, scalable, and fit for use across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities - Structured Content Development & Rule Modeling - Translate immigration laws, policies, and procedures into structured, logic-based formats, including decision rules, matrices, and attributes. - Develop and maintain content within the Business Visa Matrix, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks. - Decompose complex eligibility and procedural requirements into atomic conditions, structured values, and reusable components. - Identify cross-country patterns and standardize logic structures to enable scalability. - Quality Assurance & Content Integrity - Lead quality assurance processes across structured and unstructured knowledge assets to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness. - Validate consistency of content across products, platforms, and jurisdictions. - Ensure content aligns with system requirements across digital platforms. - Product & Platform Support - Collaborate with product, technology, and knowledge teams to ensure structured content performs effectively within digital tools and user workflows. - Validate functionality of content within platforms (e.g., rule execution, display, linkages, and integrations). - Support testing and release cycles for new features or content updates. - Governance & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the evolution of structured content governance, standards, and best practices. - Recommend and implement improvements to content modeling, QA processes, and workflows. - Analyze content performance, trends, and error patterns to inform strategic improvements. - Stakeholder Collaboration - Partner with subject matter experts to validate legal interpretations and rule accuracy. - Provide guidance on structuring content for consistency and reuse. - Act as a key liaison between legal, knowledge, and technology teams. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or higher. - 5+ years of experience in business immigration, knowledge management, or structured content development. - Demonstrated experience translating complex regulatory or legal frameworks into structured logic or data models. - Strong analytical and decomposition skills, with experience working with decision trees, matrices, or rule-based systems. - Experience working with content management systems, structured data environments, or rule engines. - Excellent attention to detail, with strong quality control mindset. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams. Preferred Qualifications - Experience with rules-based systems, workflow automation, or AI-assisted legal systems. - Familiarity with structured governance frameworks and content standards. - Experience working across multiple countries or global immigration systems. - Knowledge of SharePoint or similar platforms.
