• Atuar como ponto inicial de atendimento dos chamados internos relacionados ao sistema Centric PLM; • Realizar análise funcional dos chamados, investigando, reproduzindo e documentando problemas; • Classificar corretamente os chamados, diferenciando: Defeitos; Dúvidas de utilização; Ajustes de configuração; Demandas de melhoria/evolução. • Executar testes funcionais manuais em correções, evoluções e demandas de sustentação; • Validar impactos das correções em fluxos de negócio e integrações; • Registrar evidências claras e detalhadas (passo a passo, prints, dados de teste); • Apoiar o Product Owner / Analista de Requisitos com informações funcionais e técnicas para refinamento das demandas; • Acompanhar o ciclo de vida dos chamados até sua resolução, garantindo retorno adequado aos usuários; • Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de qualidade e atendimento.
Job Requirements
- Domínio dos fundamentos de testes de software (técnicas e estratégias);
- Domínio dos diferentes tipos e níveis de testes, com foco em testes funcionais manuais;
- Capacidade de analisar requisitos funcionais, entender regras de negócio e validar comportamento esperado;
- Experiência em análise, reprodução e diagnóstico de defeitos reportados por usuários;
- Vivência com testes de integrações (APIs REST, validação de dados e fluxos entre sistemas);
- Noções de BDD para entendimento de critérios de aceite;
- Experiência no uso de ferramentas de gestão de chamados e tarefas, tais como: Jira; Azure DevOps; ServiceNow.
- Familiaridade com ambientes de sustentação e suporte a sistemas corporativos;
- Conhecimento em SQL para consultas (SELECT) será considerado um diferencial;
- Conhecimento ou experiência prévia com a ferramenta Centric PLM;
- Vivência em varejo, moda, manufatura ou cadeia de suprimentos;
- Conhecimento do ciclo de vida do produto (ideação, desenvolvimento, produção, distribuição);
- Experiência com sistemas corporativos complexos (PLM, ERP, SCM);
- Conhecimento básico de Postman para testes simples de API;
- Certificação em Qualidade de Software.
