About the Role The Project Manager oversees client initiatives by managing scope, schedules, resources, and budgets. They ensure timely and high-quality delivery through coordination with internal teams and external vendors. They lead planning, meetings, risk management, and scope changes, acting as the main point of accountability throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities - Assisting the sales process for new and ongoing projects by defining, confirming, and documenting project scope and the project schedule. - Working with internal and external vendors to gather project estimates. - Coordinating with stakeholders to define project expectations, verifying scope, gathering information. Leading planning meetings, developing schedules and risk plans, and supporting resource identification. - Managing and recording detailed project requirements, constraints, and assumptions with stakeholders in order to establish the project deliverables. Using requirement-gathering techniques (e.g., planning sessions, brainstorming, focus groups) and the project charter. - Completing project and process evaluation, scorecard review, internal/external debrief meetings, and documentation, and providing input to development of ongoing refresh schedule. - Enhancing team performance through leadership, mentoring, training, and motivation to foster collaboration, improve efficiency, and elevate morale. - Executing assembly procedures, monitors shipping or mailing to ensure/confirm delivery. Managing print projects, including proof review/approval, and attending press checks for a wide range of print work. - Understanding and verifying the financial scope of the project. Providing support and financial data for client lead/sales team to create proposals and support documentation. - Managing project scope changes using approved methods. Escalating and facilitating scope change conversations with client leads/sales team/account executives and working with them to address scope changes with clients. - Building the business with existing clients by listening, identifying possible future needs. Pursuing new or expanded work with them. Sharing information with the project lead but also taking a larger role in defining and developing the offer. Requirements - Able to consult and ask appropriate questions to guide clients and colleagues to meet their goals and objectives. Have a solid foundation in guiding and assisting teams and individuals. Have external client/vendor facing consulting experience. - Display knowledge of benefits compensation, retirement plans, health plans, as well as equity and other HR rewards programs. - Have ability to translate business requirements into functional technical specifications. - Be detail-oriented and well-organized individual for a position. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. - Hold a bachelor's or possess relevant work experience demonstrating substantial expertise in the field. - Demonstrate a solid foundation in collecting business or technical requirements to improve its effectiveness. - Have a high-level understanding of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, HTML, digital and emerging trends. Having experience in XD (IN5) will be ideal. - Demonstrate knowledge of production and post-production process for digital and print. - Display excellent organizational and project management skills. Be able to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add value. - Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity aligned closely with strategy.
