Responsibilities - Communicate directly with the vendor for the build, design, and user acceptance testing of a primary care health care network. - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure scope and functionality meets required contract deliverables. - Develop and deliver project timelines, reports, and presentation materials. - Collate professional education content from cross-department teams. - Design and moderate engaging content that drives interaction with health care professionals on the network. - Coordinate meeting scheduling, provide agendas, take notes and communicate points of action. - Initiate purchase orders and check requisitions in our financial system. Qualifications Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent. - Minimum of three (3) years of related professional experience involving administrative or project management work. - Proficient skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as exceptional customer service skills. - Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines. - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to be proactive.
