• Own the PDLC as a product. Define and drive the strategy for redesigning Life360's development experience for an AI-native world — not optimizing the existing steps, but rethinking how requirements, design, build, test, deploy, and measure work when human-AI collaboration is the default. Partner directly with the CTO and CISO to make that vision real. • Design how humans and AI work together. Define the collaboration patterns, handoffs, and guardrails that determine how AI should augment human decision making and boost speed and quality of output. • Co-own the dev environment. Work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, design, product, data, and other leaders to shape a toolchain built around AI-augmented workflows from the ground up, not legacy tooling with AI bolted on. • Lead the AI-Native shift. Drive employee adoption of AI-native practices across the company. Work with the people team on cultural change, not just a rollout plan. • Rethink measurements. Traditional metrics miss the real value of AI augmentation. Develop frameworks that measure decision leverage, quality-adjusted velocity, and human cognitive load and use them to prove what's working and sunset what isn't. • Make work human. Don’t just ease the transition. Actively design an AI-native culture where people feel more capable and empowered, not replaced. • Stay on the frontier. Make smart bets on where the AI-native PDLC is heading 12-18 months out and position Life360 to be there first.
