Drive employee adoption of AI-native practices across the company. Work with the people team on cultural change, not just a rollout plan. • Rethink measurements. Traditional metrics miss the real value of AI augmentation. Develop frameworks that measure decision leverage, quality-adjusted velocity, and human cognitive load and use them to prove what's working and sunset what isn't. • Make work human.
