Role Description Amazon One Medical (AOM) is passionately working to build a best-in-class healthcare product designed to make high-quality healthcare easy to access. We own Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) within AOM, which represents the comprehensive financial lifecycle that manages patient accounts from their initial healthcare service request/appointment booking through to the final payment settlement. This process is fundamental to AOM's financial stability and operational efficiency, allowing us to focus primarily on delivering quality patient care. We are seeking a talented Program Manager who is familiar with the billing complexities of the healthcare industry. You will have strong math or analytical skills to ensure we are accurately recording cash payments into our billing system, have strong communication skills to be able to explain our cash reconciliations to external stakeholders, and identify solutions that can automate how we record our cash. This role will partner closely with RCM Operations, Healthcare Finance Operations, Accounting, Finance, and our Health System Partners (external to Amazon). Key job responsibilities - Monitor and reconcile cash payments across all payment channels (insurance, patient, HSP) to ensure accurate recording in the billing system - Develop and maintain cash posting controllership and workflows to minimize posting errors and improve automation opportunities - Track key metrics including cash posting accuracy, posting lag time, and reconciliation variances while creating dashboards for performance visibility - Partner with RCM Operations, Healthcare Finance Operations, Accounting, Finance, and Health System Partners to resolve payment discrepancies and streamline cash workflows - Lead cash reconciliation processes and communicate findings to external stakeholders including health system partners and payers - Conduct root cause analysis on payment posting errors and identify solutions to automate cash recording processes - Ensure cash posting processes comply with healthcare regulations, accounting standards, and support month-end close and audit requirements Qualifications - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams - Experience working in healthcare environment - Experience in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field Requirements - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules Benefits - Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription) - Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans - EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line - Flexible Spending Accounts - Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage - 401(k) matching - Paid time off - Parental leave Company Description Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Role Description As a Reliability Program Manager (REL PM) within Block Hardware, you will own the end-to-end strategy, planning, and execution of hardware reliability validation across our consumer electronics portfolio. You will serve as the single point of accountability for reliability test planning, execution, results synthesis, and cross-program learning, partnering closely with Hardware Engineering, Product Design, Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing. This role is highly technical and program-oriented, requiring a strong understanding of consumer electronics reliability methodologies and how lab-based testing translates to real-world customer use cases. You will bring structure, consistency, and deep focus to reliability work that today is distributed across multiple programs, enabling earlier risk identification, clearer decision-making, and higher overall product quality. The Reliability Program Manager operates as an independent, unbiased partner to individual product teams, ensuring that reliability risks are surfaced, prioritized, and resolved without being overshadowed by short-term schedule pressure. You Will: - Own the hardware reliability (REL) strategy across Block Hardware products, from early development through production. - Define, maintain, and continuously improve standardized REL test plans by product category and development phase. - Plan and manage REL schedules across multiple concurrent hardware programs. - Serve as the primary point of contact for: - Third-party reliability laboratories - Contract manufacturer (CM) reliability partners - Drive execution of reliability testing at labs and CMs, ensuring clear scope, timelines, and deliverables. - Track, analyze, and synthesize REL results, highlighting trends, risks, and systemic issues. - Partner with Hardware Engineering and Product Design to: - Drive failure analysis (FA) - Define mitigation and validation plans - Ensure reliability issues are appropriately prioritized and closed - Identify common failure modes and mitigation strategies across programs and ensure learnings are reused. - Clearly communicate reliability status, risks, and tradeoffs to engineering leadership and program stakeholders. - Establish operating mechanisms and documentation that improve REL consistency, efficiency, and transparency. - Act as a strong advocate for product quality and long-term reliability throughout the development lifecycle.
