Role Description This role qualifies for a remote work arrangement within our 7 state footprint (PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC). Responsible for the oversight of the administration, design, operation, and optimization of the organization’s Identity and Access Management solutions. Ensure IAM solutions meet enterprise security, compliance, and business requirements. Manage a team of technical and serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues. Lead cross-functional engagement and collaboration with both technical and business stakeholders to deliver efficient and secure management of user identities, accounts, and access across the organization. Leads the refinement and maintaining compliance with security policies, driving process improvements, and supporting organizational objectives through the implementation of technical solutions. Responsibilities - Provide oversight to a team of identity professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and meeting performance goals through regular one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and performance reviews to foster professional development and address team needs. - Oversee and manage team schedules, work queues, projects, allocation of tasks, and maintaining adequate coverage for 24/7 operations. Serve as the escalation point for highly complex or high-priority identity issues, ensuring timely and secure resolutions. - Oversee IAM systems and monitor essential KPI’s and metrics for workflow solutioning, ensuring the adherence to established organizational policies, standards, and requirements for design, implementation, integration, enhancement, audit and compliance, and request/incident management. - Identify opportunities to drive innovation and continuous improvements by optimizing systems and workflows, improving efficiency, and reducing risk while coordinating with IAM teams, IT, and other business units to ensure seamless Identity and Access Management processes and experiences. - Develop and maintain internal and external team documentation such as policy, standards, guidelines, standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, diagrams, end-user training materials, and job aids for IAM-related tasks to deliver consistent and scalable experiences. - Participate in periodic access reviews, audits, and role certifications to maintain accurate access control records. - Analyze identity system and process trends for inefficiencies and risks; develop appropriate plan of actions and milestones for remediation or report potential issues to the appropriate teams. - Participate in Implementation / Deployment / Documentation projects as assigned. - Function as a liaison between the IAM teams, Identity Operations team, stakeholders, and end users, ensuring regular clear and effective communication regarding identity-related issues, identity management updates, policy changes, and process improvements to relevant stakeholders. - Participate in on-call rotation, provide evening and weekend support as needed. Sheetz is open 24/7/365 and as such, our internal and external customers may require support at any time. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field is required. - Minimum 6 years’ experience in Identity and Access Management or related field, with demonstrated expertise in IAM platforms and technologies, core IAM principles (least privilege, PAM, lifecycle management), directory services, authentication and authorization, RBAC, compliance initiatives, and IAM architecture, ports, and protocols required. - Minimum 2 years’ leadership and/or management experience, including demonstrated success leading technical projects with multi-person or cross functional team leadership required. - Previous experience with IAM platforms, solutions, and technologies (SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Saviynt, Delinea, ForgeRock, Ping Identity, Okta, CyberArk, Duo, Entra, Active Directory, etc.) required. - IAM, cybersecurity, or similar certification is preferred. The Greater NY territory is a top performing territory in the country, and the Western and Central NY Chapter plays a key role in that success. The Western and Central NY Chapter has 3 full-time staff and receives support at the territory level as well. This position is fully remote within the Chapter footprint and is expected to travel in the field with a focus on the Syracuse and Rochester markets. Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Engagement – 60% - Implement revenue and engagement plans that drive new levels of performance and year-over-year growth in the chapter. This includes driving individual and corporate supporter growth within assigned event portfolio. - Secure, steward, and retain table hosts, guests, and event sponsors across all events, with a focus on long-term engagement and revenue growth. - Responsible for achieving personal event revenue goals and supporting the achievement of overall event, and ultimately chapter revenue and engagement goals. - Lead the strategic planning and execution of two Galas and an annual golf program, ensuring seamless delivery, strong financial performance, and exceptional donor and guest experiences. - Acquire, cultivate, and solicit mid- and major-level Fund-a-Cure donors, developing strategies that align with each event’s goals. - Develop and execute comprehensive audience development and engagement strategies that drive night-of giving, maximize table and sponsorship revenue, and activate donors before, during, and after events. - In collaboration with national and chapter partners, implement annual strategies that will drive growth of assigned event portfolio through corporate and individual donor engagement and stewardship at the event level.
