Role Description As Strategic Head of Apprenticeships & Development, you will take ownership of the operational delivery, quality, and strategic growth of apprenticeship programmes. - Leading the end-to-end delivery of apprenticeship provision, ensuring high-quality learner experiences and outcomes - Driving apprenticeship performance, achievement rates, and compliance with funding rules - Developing and implementing apprenticeship growth strategies, aligned with organisational and commercial objectives - Ensuring full compliance with ESFA funding requirements, Ofsted standards, and apprenticeship frameworks/standards - Managing and developing high-performing teams across apprenticeship delivery, quality, and operations - Identifying opportunities to expand apprenticeship programmes, introduce new standards, and enter new markets - Building strong relationships with employers, stakeholders, and partners to enhance apprenticeship engagement - Using data and MI to monitor apprenticeship performance, learner progress, and quality improvement plans This is a strategic leadership role combining apprenticeship operations, funding knowledge, and commercial growth, ideal for someone looking to make a measurable impact.
