Logistics Data Analyst
Trax Technologies
• Execute Trax’s comprehensive audit process to identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas • Collaborate with carriers and customers to understand their needs and ensure high-quality service delivery • Prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables • Achieve customer metric targets and service level agreements and utilize KPI reports and scorecards to maintain consistent performance • Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to ensure compliance and uniformity • Identify non-standard processes and work with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency • Leads or participate in reconciliation meetings, audit reviews and other team meetings to evaluate audit performance and plan improvements • Foster a positive team dynamic and a culture of continuous improvement • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Tri-Lingual in English, Spanish and Portuguese is required
- Has experience with Supply chain/ Logistics
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, carriers, and stakeholders
- Familiarity with relevant software and systems, intermediate knowledge using MS Excel
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage diverse deliverables simultaneously
- Comfortable with data analysis to find patterns and ability to explain data insights to carriers and customers
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- High level of professionalism and ability to work with all organizational levels
- Enthusiastic to gain practical experience in the logistics and supply chain industry.
