This is a mid-level analyst role focused on maintenance and support activities rather than strategic analytics design or advanced engineering work. The primary purpose of the role is to help the team stay out of the operational weeds by providing reliable analytical and reporting support. You will work within established data pipelines while maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. WHAT WILL YOU DO - Managing master data, including creation, updates, and deletion. - Managing users and user roles. - Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary. - Commissioning and decommissioning of data sets. - Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines. - Helping develop reports and analyses. - Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata. - Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements. - Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization. - Assessing tests and implementing new or upgraded software and assisting with strategic decisions on new systems. - Generating reports from single or multiple systems. - Troubleshooting the reporting database environment and reports. - Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems. - Training end-users on new reports and dashboards. - Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing.

- Approximately 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, BI reporting, or operational data support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Sigma as the primary BI tool.
- Experience performing dashboard maintenance and operational analytics.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM data.
- Experience analyzing marketing campaign performance data.
- Ability to work with Google Ads and display advertising datasets.
- Exposure to Snowflake data warehouse environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or customer engagement data platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of data integration or pipeline-support workflows is preferred.
- Comfortable working within established data systems and collaborating with technical owners when deeper engineering work is required.
- Ability to translate business requirements into simple, non-technical language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
