Role Description Lakeview is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven AVP, Strategic Delivery Management, to join our Strategy & Transformation team. This role will be instrumental in managing and driving key enterprise-wide initiatives with a focus on sales, marketing, and operations execution across the mortgage lifecycle. Reporting directly to the VP of Strategy & Transformation, the AVP will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with Lakeview’s strategic goals and growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and strategic execution, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead complex initiatives, and drive measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. This role can be in our Coral Gables, FL, Dallas, TX, or Horsham, PA office. The role can also be remote if outside an office area. We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to 150,000 + 15% target bonus, medical benefits starting on day one, and a company-matched 401(k). Responsibilities - Lead and drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives that enhance sales effectiveness, marketing performance, operational efficiency, and technology-driven improvements across the mortgage business. - Own the end-to-end execution of high-impact transformation programs, from business case development and strategic planning to execution, performance measurement, and long-term sustainability. - Partner with business leads and functional owners across the enterprise to drive accountability, track progress, and ensure timely completion of key initiatives. - Provide strategic leadership in designing and executing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive revenue growth. - Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations that shape the direction of critical business initiatives. - Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning efforts by establishing prioritization frameworks, optimizing resource allocation, and implementing performance measurement strategies that drive business transformation. - Support change management and communication efforts related to major initiatives. - Act as a liaison between business owners, stakeholders, and support teams to ensure alignment of objectives, timelines, and deliverables. - Build and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, and executive-level communications. - Identify risks and roadblocks early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed to ensure project success. - Collaborate with senior leadership to translate high-level strategic priorities into actionable, measurable programs, ensuring continuous alignment with business objectives. - Drive adoption of best practices in project execution and operational efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. - Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred. - Minimum 6 years of experience in strategic project management, business transformation, or management consulting, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-wide initiatives in a fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders at all levels, and drive strategic alignment across departments. - Proven track record managing and executing large-scale, cross-functional projects. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies. Head of Transmission & Interconnection Engineering Location: Remote Team: Engineering The Impact You’ll Make: The Sr. Director/VP, Transmission and Interconnection Engineering will lead all technical and strategic aspects of transmission analysis, grid interconnection, and system integration for large-scale solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects. This leader will oversee the evaluation of transmission capacity, grid constraints, and interconnection requirements, ensuring that projects are developed with optimal technical performance and economic value.
