Job Requirements
- 15+ years of product management experience, leading platform or infrastructure products and scaling high-performing teams in a complex, multi-brand environment.
- Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and navigate organizational complexity. Ability to translate commercial strategy into technical requirements.
- Experience working directly with GMs and Sales/Marketing leaders to align technical roadmaps with P&L objectives and subscription growth.
- A strategic systems thinker capable of synthesizing complex information to identify platform-level value opportunities. Comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels, setting vision while holding teams accountable for delivery.
- Establishes cultures of experimentation, validation, and accountability tied to business outcomes. Leverages quantitative and qualitative data at scale to inform strategy and measure impact.
