We are looking for a talented individual… To join our team as a Project Analyst, you will support a commercial new construction energy efficiency program by providing advanced data management, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for an Excel Power user with strong analytical skills who can maintain and enhance complex workbooks and tools used to track program metrics, forecast new projects, and evaluate cost-effectiveness. The Project Analyst will work closely with program management on forecasting, annual budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, and monthly client reporting. This position plays a critical role in delivering timely, accurate analysis used in reports for a large client, where attention to detail and data integrity are essential. Job Responsibilities - Lead project management for program analytics and reporting, ensuring accurate delivery of forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and client reports while proactively managing workload and deadlines - Work cross‑functionally with the Senior Program Manager, Associate Program Manager, and other stakeholders to analyze and document energy savings metrics, budget variances, trends, risks, and program performance insights - Update, maintain, and enhance a portfolio of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools that support forecasting, budget planning, and detailed reporting across multiple program offerings - Provide analytical and project management support during annual budgeting and planning cycles, including ad‑hoc analysis, written deliverables, and timely responses to client inquiries - Produce timely and accurate monthly client reporting, including detailed forecast analysis, data narratives, and professional written summaries - Execute recurring dashboard reporting, investigate data anomalies, document findings, and fulfill ad‑hoc reporting requests using sound methodologies, strong SQL, PowerBI, and Excel skills - Collaborate cross‑functionally to continuously improve reporting processes, streamline data workflows, and maintain a high standard of client service through clear, proactive communication and attention to detail Target Salary $60,000-$70,000 DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $52,000.00 - $74,400.00Currency USDType Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
