This role is accountable for leading end-to-end proposal development for utility-focused RFPs, from kick-off through submission and interview stages. The Proposal Analyst ensures proposals are compliant, high-quality, and clearly reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and voice. This role supports proposals primarily for utility clients, and collaborates closely with business development, operations leaders, subject matter experts, and executive stakeholders across multiple regions. You’re a great fit if you can: - Lead the full proposal lifecycle from RFP release through submission and interview support. - Own RFP compliance, including formatting, page limits, required documentation, and submission requirements. - Develop proposal strategy and personally author key sections such as: - Executive summaries - Statements of Work - Coordinate and facilitate cross-functional contributors across regions and functions. - Manage proposal timelines, milestones, reviews, and deliverables. - Write, tailor, and edit content to ensure clarity, consistency, and a single “voice.” - Perform quality assurance, compliance checks, formatting, and version control. - Balance writing, editing, coordination, and QA based on proposal volume and deadlines. - Work effectively under tight timelines, especially near submission. - Use collaboration and adaptability to keep stakeholders aligned and engaged. - Utilize tools including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Asana. Exciting candidates will have: - 3–5 years of experience in proposal, technical, compliance, or grant writing. - Experience managing end-to-end proposals, not just contributing content. - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills. - Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail. - Experience with utility, public sector, or regulated RFPs (preferred). - Energy efficiency or utility industry experience (preferred, not required). - Experience with or interest in using AI tools to support proposal quality and compliance. - High organization, adaptability, and comfort with fluctuating workloads. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience). Targeted Compensation: $72,000 DOT Requirements If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations. Compensation Range $55,700.00 - $83,500.00Currency USDType Salary Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
