Job Summary: The Benefits Analyst provides transactional, administrative and technical support to maintain benefits and payroll data in the HR Information System (HRIS), acts as subject matter expert to HR Business Partners, managers, and colleagues, and provides support for the implementation and administration of the employee benefit programs. This position works directly with benefit vendors on plan set-up and resolution of colleague issues. The Senior Benefits Analyst will help plan and administer colleague benefit programs to align with the company goals and emerging legislative changes. Essential Job Functions: - Advise colleagues regarding benefits related issues, such as medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, health saving accounts, short- and long-term disability, and 401k. - Provides tactical administration of all benefit programs to include activities such as, but not limited to, new hire enrollments, life event changes, eligibility, deductions, etc. - Act as liaison with company benefit vendors. - Responsible for all aspects of the tuition reimbursement process. - Advises colleagues regarding the Leave of Absence processes and administers the coordinating programs to include FMLA, short-term disability, state disability programs and insurance payments. - Conduct weekly and monthly audits of enrollment reports to ensure all information is reported accurately - Complete the monthly billing and invoicing process for benefit vendors - Maintains and reviews with leadership the benefits cash tracker and budget comparison - Assist with annual Open Enrollment Specific Skills/ Attributes: - Proactive team member with strong customer service orientation, excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to handle confidential colleague information with discretion and exercise good judgment. - Excellent analytical, organizational and project management skills with strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.  Ability to manage end-to-end processes. - Strong analytical skills and solid Excel skills. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2 – 4 years of related benefits experience - Advanced Excel skills required. - Experience with Workday preferred - Experience with reference-based pricing medical plans a plus - Strong working knowledge of current benefit practices and trends. Location: RemoteDuration: 2 years EPIC certified or credentialed in CASAP, Orders, ClinDoc Duties: - Provide Tier 2 support for Epic ClinDoc, Orders, and ASAP within a managed services model. - Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and defects in accordance with SLAs and ITIL best practices. - Participate in on-call rotations and after-hours support as required. - Analyze clinical workflows and end-user issues to identify root causes and recommend solutions. - Support Nursing, ED, and OB workflows including documentation, flowsheets, orders, tracking boards, and patient status management. - Collaborate with clinical leadership to optimize documentation, patient throughput, and care delivery processes. - Perform system configuration and maintenance in Epic ClinDoc, Stork, and ASAP including templates, flowsheets, forms, tracking boards, and rules. - Support content updates, regulatory changes, and clinical best-practice enhancements. - Maintain system build documentation and configuration standards. - Participate in Epic upgrades, patches, and managed services release cycles. - Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing. - Support validation of clinical workflows and ensure minimal disruption to end users. - Document incidents, root cause analyses, and resolution steps. - Communicate effectively with clinical users, managed services leadership, and technical teams. - Escalate complex issues to Epic or internal technical teams as needed and follow through to resolution. - Assist with end-user training, tip sheets, and workflow documentation. - Contribute to knowledge bases and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for supported Epic modules.
