Role Description Nous sommes à la recherche d’un·e développeur·euse senior en IA / systèmes agentiques pour rejoindre notre équipe et concevoir des systèmes d’IA en production pour nos client·e·s — principalement des organisations du secteur de la santé. Ce rôle offre l’opportunité de travailler sur des défis techniques réellement novateurs : - Concevoir des agents autonomes capables de raisonner sur des données complexes. - Développer des systèmes de recherche et de récupération d’information qui fournissent la bonne information au bon moment. - Déployer des systèmes d’IA dignes de la confiance de professionnel·le·s évoluant dans des environnements réglementés. Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez directement avec nos client·e·s, intégré·e à des équipes multidisciplinaires composées de designers, de scientifiques de données et d’autres développeur·euse·s. Vous pourriez, selon les projets, être amené·e à diriger certaines initiatives ou, à l’occasion, à travailler de façon autonome avec un·e client·e. Ce poste vise un niveau senior. Veuillez noter que, bien que nous soyons spécialisés dans le secteur de la santé et les industries réglementées, tous nos projets ne relèvent pas de ces domaines. Vous pourriez donc être amené·e à travailler sur des projets variés dans différents secteurs, selon les besoins. Qualifications - 5+ années d’expérience comme développeur·euse logiciel, dont au moins une année à concevoir et opérer des systèmes d’IA/ML en environnement de production. - Expérience pratique avec des systèmes agentiques ou des systèmes de recherche et de récupération d’information, en particulier des architectures RAG. - Expérience concrète avec les LLM en production, incluant le prompt engineering et le context engineering. - Compréhension de l’ensemble de la pile des systèmes d’IA modernes. - Excellentes compétences en communication. - Capacité d’adaptation et autonomie dans des environnements en évolution rapide. - Historique démontré de mentorat et de leadership technique. Requirements - Avoir une formation formelle en IA ou en ML (maîtrise ou expérience professionnelle équivalente). - Avoir de l’expérience en fine-tuning de LLM ou en techniques avancées de prompt engineering. - Avoir travaillé dans le secteur de la santé ou dans d’autres industries fortement réglementées. - Avoir une expérience avec des standards de données en santé (FHIR, HL7, SNOMED CT, LOINC). - Avoir occupé des rôles en contact direct avec la clientèle. - Avoir contribué à des projets open source en IA/ML ou publié des travaux. - Avoir de l’expérience avec les pratiques MLOps. Role Description We are looking for a Cloud System Administrator (LATAM-Remote) who can manage AWS-hosted environments while supporting application deployments and platform operations. This role will bridge infrastructure, DevOps, and application support to ensure stability, security, and automation of our web platforms.
