• Maintain Server Operating Systems running on physical and VM platforms • Install, Upgrade, and Maintain Monitoring Application Software running on a variety of Operating Systems • A solid understanding of monitoring Server Operating Systems(Windows Server, RHEL) • A solid understanding of WAN Concepts and Data Circuits (T1’s, MPLS, VPN and Enterprise VPN, Ethernet, Fiber, etc…) • A solid understanding of network devices and their function (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Firewalls) • Ability to communicate complex technical subjects to non-technical customers • Follow agreed processes and procedures for providing solutions to customer requests or issues • Maintain call quality standards at the level set to meet customer expectations including adherence to work schedules and standards • Deliver customer communication to the appropriate level of understanding to ensure a successful outcome • Document policies, procedures and issues in ticketing system as well as in internal knowledge base • Ability to analyze and make recommendations to better assess, assist and meet the needs of internal clients • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team as required • Demonstrate strong client relationship skills • Willingness to work on a rotating On Call Schedule • Other duties as assigned

• Ensure Hostinger infrastructure remains healthy and operational. • Diagnose and resolve critical or recurring issues, implementing long-term solutions to prevent future disruptions while reducing operational workload for the shift team. • Plan, execute, and optimize regular infrastructure maintenance, ensuring minimal downtime. • Enhance infrastructure observability by improving monitoring, logging, and alerting systems, enabling faster problem detection and response. • Document infrastructure operational processes and best practices while sharing knowledge with teammates to strengthen team expertise. • Automate repetitive tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual interventions. • Work closely with site reliability engineers to align infrastructure improvements with overall system reliability goals and business objectives.

• Serve as a senior-level consultant and support specialist, when needed • Primarily focus on testing, management, strategy, process improvement, customer satisfaction, operations, and/ or the implementation of solutions • Manage complete projects, involving multiple products and virtual computer environments • Work as a project leader on various size projects with the ability to perform in a highly collaborative environment with tight deadlines, and sometimes, limited resources • Develop complex technical approaches to testing and identifies new cost saving methods to leverage resources while providing a high level of output • Utilize project management skills of communication, presentation, time management, organization, and planning to successfully implement project-based solutions • Regularly develop testing documentation, procedures and reports on all project activities and issues • Identify new opportunities to sell consulting services to customers

• Manage the complete Google Workspace ecosystem, including mail routing policies, email gateways, identity management, and troubleshooting complex mail flow issues. • Leverage knowledge of GCP to support cloud-based applications. • Utilize GAM (Google Apps Manager) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Shell, Python) to automate routine administrative tasks, reporting, and IT operations. • Provide in-depth engineering support for Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS, including patching, image management, hardware repair, and core network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). • Manage endpoint protection (Antivirus/EDR), enforce disk encryption (BitLocker, File Vault), and ensure rapid security patching across the fleet. • Assist in deploying, configuring, and ensuring compliance across company devices using MDM/UEM tools.
