IT Infrastructure Analyst – Planner

• Plan and maintain a strategic IT infrastructure roadmap spanning servers, networks, cloud platforms, and data storage. • Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align infrastructure capabilities with business priorities and the medical device lifecycle. • Lead financial analysis for infrastructure initiatives, including CapEx/OpEx planning, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI evaluation. • Evaluate vendors by assessing technical fit, cost, risk, and regulatory compliance. • Establish operating mechanisms by facilitating planning sessions, leading strategic workshops, and developing KPIs to measure performance, cost efficiency, uptime, and compliance. • Identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and other regulations. • Manage infrastructure projects such as upgrades, migrations, and new deployments, coordinating remotely to meet timelines and budgets.
Job Requirements
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years related experience or Master’s degree and 5-7 years equivalent industry experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure domains including virtualization, networking, storage, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments, with familiarity in systems such as MES and ERP (e.g., Oracle EBS).
- Financial acumen enables performing cost modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis for infrastructure investments.
- Skilled in vendor management, including evaluating solutions, negotiating agreements, and monitoring vendor performance.
- Understanding of IT risk management, cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and business continuity planning within regulated environments.

Required Qualifications - 2+ years medical claim processing experience. - Experience in a production environment. - Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments competently, accurately, and efficiently. - Effective communications, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $18.50 - $42.35 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
