• Design engaging and visually appealing digital assets for our direct-to-consumer (D2C) e-commerce website, including homepage banners, category graphics, product images, promotional banners. • Work with the e-commerce team to create landing pages that ensure consistency across campaigns and the brand. • Create graphics and videos for our digital paid media channels, including banners, static ads, carousels, short-form videos and GIFs. • Optimize videos to ensure adherence to platform specifications and best practices. • Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques and social media trends to keep content fresh and innovative. • Develop motion assets for our organic social channels that communicate the brand's message and drive engagement. • Collaborate with the social media team to understand content objectives and deliver creative solutions. • Design responsive and visually appealing graphics for CRM campaigns and automated sequences that drive engagement and conversion.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital design, ideally in luxury or beauty e commerce.
- A strong design portfolio demonstrating all types of digital design (Web, CRM, Social, Paid Media).
- Significant experience in video editing and animation to elevate our Paid Social channels.
- Proficient in all Adobe software and Figma.
- Proficient in video and animation software (After Effects preferred).
- Experience with e-commerce, CRM & paid platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify, Loyalty Lion, Google, Meta).
- Understanding and knowledge of UX/UI and Accessibility.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work across multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, with a strong ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Experience working with a Founder-led brand (not necessary, but ideal).
- Great sense of design and composition with a strong eye for layout and appreciation of brand guidelines.
- Passionate about beauty and skincare.
