Field Account Executive

• Develop and manage a named account list within the law firm segment, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing. • Achieve and exceed revenue targets and key performance metrics. • Build trusted relationships with partners, associates, PSLs, and knowledge teams by understanding their transactional and regulatory research needs. • Deliver compelling product demonstrations showcasing Intelligize’s capabilities across SEC filings, deal precedents, and market intelligence. • Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to align solutions with client needs and drive adoption. • Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts and grow long-term client value. • Contribute to sales strategy and playbook development by sharing insights, competitive intelligence, and client feedback.

Job Requirements

  • Proven track record of selling SaaS, legal tech, or financial/regulatory solutions into law firms or professional services organizations.
  • Experience executing consultative, value-based sales approaches with complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical and data-driven concepts to both legal and non-technical audiences.
  • Familiarity with capital markets, securities law, transactional practice areas, or regulatory workflows is highly preferred.
  • Self-starter mentality with strong prospecting skills and the ability to manage a full sales cycle independently.
  • Collaborative approach with experience leveraging cross-functional resources (e.g., sales engineers, client success, marketing).
  • Interest in legal innovation, data analytics, and improving how legal professionals access and apply market intelligence.
  • Willingness to travel as needed (up to ~30%).
