Field Vice President (FVP), Patient Experience, Access & Reimbursement US Patient Experience Organization Location: Field-Based The Field Vice President (FVP), Patient Experience, Access & Reimbursement leads a US Access & Reimbursement field organization within the Patient Experience (PX) enterprise. This role is accountable for enabling timely, compliant, and sustainable patient access to GSK therapies through strong field execution, technology enablement, and enterprise leadership. The FVP develops and leads senior field leaders and ARM teams, drives adoption of the Patient Management Platform (PMP) as the core operating system, and ensures disciplined case management and account management practices. The role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen provider capabilities, influence access strategy, and accelerate the patient journey. This position reports to the VP, US Patient Experience & Reimbursement, is field-based, and manages multiple direct reports. Core Responsibilities (All Portfolios) - Lead and execute national Access & Reimbursement strategy aligned to portfolio and PX priorities - Recruit, develop, and lead high-performing A&R Directors and ARM teams, including second-line leaders - Demonstrate strong digital fluency by driving implementation and optimization of the Patient Management Platform to improve prioritization, efficiency, and ARM effectiveness - Demonstrate strong data fluency with the ARM Dashboard to identify trends, insights, and manage ARM performance in quarterly Territory Impact Discussions - Establish strong case management standards to improve speed, quality, and patient outcomes - Coach ARMs to operate as strategic account managers with proactive access planning - Build trusted relationships and influence across providers, payers, hubs, Sales, Medical, Marketing, and PX partners - Reinforce Ahead Together behaviors through modeling, coaching, accountability, and recognition - Oversee reimbursement strategy execution including coverage, coding, billing, claims, and product acquisition education - Ensure timely issue resolution through root cause analysis and proactive communication - Monitor performance, KPIs, and experience measures to drive accountability and continuous improvement - Ensure all activities align with legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements Specialty Portfolio - Lead Access & Reimbursement strategy for Specialty therapies across chronic, rare, and specialty disease areas - Strong expertise in specialty distribution, pharmacy benefit access, and complex payer utilization management - Experience navigating both pharmacy and medical benefit reimbursement pathways - Proven ability to support providers managing longitudinal patient journeys and ongoing therapy management Why You?
