The Opportunity As an SAP Integration Suite Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations to support our clients' needs. Key Responsibilities - Act as Integration consultant to analyze, design, develop and test integrations using SAP Integration Suite - Support multiple projects using integration technologies with clean core mindset and experience - Work with functional colleagues to ensure the utilization of appropriate Integration patterns & standard utilising the SAP Integration Suite, primarily SAP CPI Cloud Process Integration but also other BTP enabled options such as Advanced Event Mesh - Configure and implement integrations to cloud systems using SAP CPI - Migration of Integration landscape from SAP PO to BTP Cloud Integration suite - Develop skill and competency on latest solutions and technologies relevant in the area of responsibility - Able to set up integration guidelines and methodologies - Provide training/knowledge transfer to clients for technical and non-technical audiences - Enhance adoption/ consumption of various SAP BTP tools and AI offerings in customer use cases Your Experience First and foremost, you are a genuine Management Consultant with exceptional communication skills, the ability to see the bigger picture, and a collaborative approach to creating exceptional solutions. You will also have relevant SAP skills, including: - SAP Integration Suite professional with 9 to 15 years of hands-on experience on S/4 HANA full cycle implementation & integration in support projects - 5+ years of experience in designing, development, and implementation of integration flows (iFlows) using SAP CPI - Ideally experienced in configuring standard content for Cloud Solutions (eg. SuccessFactors, ARIBA, Concur) - Experience in configuration and extension of standard iFlows, defining custom iFlows, local & exception sub-processes, exception handling - Knowledge on developing value mapping and Groovy and using it in iFlow - Expertise in handling various integration adapters in SAP CPI (SFSF, ODATA, SFTP, IDOC, SOAP, HTTP, Process Direct, REST Adapters) to exchange messages between sender and receiver - Experience in handling different data conversions like JSON to XML, CSV to XML, etc. - Experience in using various CPI pallet options (integration patterns – message transformations, enricher, splitter, etc.) and experience in SAP BTP, in handling security artifacts, encryption, and decryption mechanisms and SSH keys - Experience with EDI integrations and EDI transactions like PO transmission, confirmation, ASN, Payment remittance advice, Product catalogs and Transportation and shipping status, as well as API management - Extended skills in BTP Services for integration and process orchestration is highly desirable - Experience with EDI standards ANSI X12, UN/EDIFACT, Advanced Event Mesh and other integration tool is desirable - Knowledge of ABAP (Business Partner creation and maintenance, IDoc creation and maintenance and debugging) Certification: C_CPI SAP Certified Associate Integration Developer is expected; either you have this certification or are keen to achieve it Why Tenthpin Tenthpin is a global consulting and technology boutique for the Life Sciences industry. Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Treasury Management Expert with deep expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and the Kyriba Treasury Management System. This role will lead treasury transformation initiatives, optimize liquidity and risk management processes, and drive system implementations and integrations across global environments. This is a remote role. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of functional treasury expertise, hands-on system configuration experience, and the ability to partner closely with CFO organizations, treasury teams, and IT leadership. Key Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end treasury transformation initiatives across cash management, liquidity, payments, and financial risk. - Define and implement best-in-class treasury operating models, driving centralization and automation. - Oversee cash positioning, forecasting, and working capital optimization strategies. - Configure and manage treasury systems supporting financial instruments, hedge management, and exposure tracking. - Lead implementation, rollout, and optimization of treasury management systems, ensuring alignment with business goals. - Drive bank connectivity solutions, including SWIFT, APIs, and host-to-host integrations. - Architect and support system integrations between treasury platforms, ERP syst - Collaborate with IT teams on middleware, data models, and reporting frameworks. - Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant payment architectures. - Partner with finance leadership, treasury teams, and external stakeholders to align on strategic initiatives. - Translate business requirements into scalable system and process solutions. - Lead workshops, design sessions, and executive-level presentations. - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system validation, and deployment activiti - Drive user adoption, training, and change management initiatives. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit standards, and internal controls. Required Skills & Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting. - Deep hands-on experience with SAP TRM (Treasury and Risk Management). - Strong experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System implementation and configuration. - Expertise in cash and liquidity management, forecasting, and working capital optimization. - Strong knowledge of financial risk management, including FX, interest rate, and derivative instruments. - Experience with bank connectivity, payment systems, and treasury operations. - Proven experience leading end-to-end system implementations and transformation programs. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance and Treasury. - Strong understanding of treasury accounting and hedge accounting principles (IFRS / US GAAP). - Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, IT, and external partners. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
