We are hiring a Marketing Admin to support our Senior Media Buyers and broader marketing team with the day-to-day operational tasks involved in running digital advertising campaigns. This is an entry-level role designed for someone highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital systems and structured processes. The role focuses on execution, accuracy, and consistency rather than strategic campaign management. The successful candidate will assist with tasks such as campaign setup support, data entry, creative uploads, tracking updates, and administrative marketing tasks across multiple brands and advertising platforms. No prior marketing experience is required. Training will be provided for the relevant tools, platforms, and internal processes. This is a fully remote role suitable for candidates based in LATAM who can work with partial overlap with UK business hours. Key Responsibilities Campaign Support and Setup • Assist Senior Media Buyers with the setup and organisation of advertising campaigns across multiple brands • Upload creative assets, copy variations, and campaign elements into advertising platforms • Prepare campaign structures and naming conventions following internal guidelines • Support the testing and organisation of multiple ad variations Data Entry and Accuracy • Maintain accurate campaign records and data across marketing systems and spreadsheets • Update tracking documents and campaign logs • Record performance data and assist with basic reporting preparation • Ensure marketing data is correctly documented and organised Marketing Operations Administration • Assist with organising creative files, campaign documentation, and marketing assets • Support the coordination of campaign launches and updates • Help ensure campaigns are correctly tracked and documented internally • Follow established marketing workflows and operational processes Process Execution • Complete repetitive administrative tasks with a high level of accuracy and consistency • Follow clear instructions and internal procedures for campaign setup and maintenance • Flag errors, inconsistencies, or missing information when identified • Suggest improvements to workflows where appropriate Team Collaboration • Work closely with Senior Media Buyers to support campaign operations • Communicate clearly with internal team members regarding task progress or issues • Maintain organised documentation across multiple brands and campaigns
Job Requirements
- Prior marketing experience required
- Excellent written and spoken English (advanced proficiency required)
- Very high attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Comfortable completing repetitive tasks with focus and consistency
- Confident using digital tools and learning new systems quickly
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes precisely
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Reliable and proactive in raising issues or suggesting improvements
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time effectively
- Desirable (but not essential)
- Exposure to computer-based administrative or digital roles
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager
- Basic experience using Shopify
- Experience using Microsoft Excel or spreadsheets for data organisation
- Exposure to digital marketing or e-commerce environment
