Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re hiring a Low-Code / No-Code Automation Engineer to design, build, and optimize the company’s internal systems architecture. This is a hands-on builder role—not a coordinator or task executor. You’ll be responsible for connecting tools, automating workflows, and building scalable infrastructure that enables the business to grow efficiently. If you’re someone who enjoys eliminating manual work, thinking in systems, and building clean, reliable automations from scratch—this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Design and maintain advanced Google Sheets systems for tracking, reporting, and automation - Build and manage multi-step automations using Zapier and/or Make - Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, webhooks, and tool connections - Structure and optimize Notion as an internal knowledge base and workflow hub - Create and refine AI-powered workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Claude - Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively build automation solutions - Document systems and processes to ensure scalability, clarity, and long-term usability
Job Requirements
- Strong, hands-on expertise in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, automation logic, structured data systems)
- Proven experience building workflows in Zapier and/or Make (Integromat)
- Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Experience structuring Notion for operational clarity and scalability
- AI-native mindset with experience building workflows using ChatGPT, Claude, and similar tools
- Entrepreneurial mindset — not a VA or agency operator, but someone who wants to go deep and grow with the company
- Ownership-driven and proactive — able to build systems without step-by-step instruction
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on efficiency and scalability
- Experience designing full-stack operational systems in early-stage companies
- Background in revenue operations, growth automation, or internal tooling
- Experience connecting CRM, marketing, and fulfillment systems through automation
- Passion for continuous optimization and building scalable infrastructure

Title: PCB Layout Engineer Job Description: Location: US- Remote Duration: 05+ months Contract Pay range: $90 - $95/hour on W2 Job ID: 175849 Job Overview: As a PCB Layout Engineer on the AR Product Team, you will be responsible for driving world-class, complex PCB layouts that incorporate cutting-edge component and stack-up technologies. A core focus of this role is implementing miniaturization solutions within AR product designs. You will collaborate closely with internal electrical and mechanical engineers, DFM, SiPi, and other layout and library teams, as well as external suppliers. Responsibilities: - Manage multiple complex layout projects, providing timely status reports within internal systems. - Lead designs from kick-off through tape-out, encompassing rigid, rigid-flex, and flex PCBs for both product and non-product/test projects. - Proactively schedule and drive project meetings (Kick-off, Placement, Constraint, and Design Reviews) to ensure design verification using Design Traveler documents. - Create and modify engineering tool project templates, meta-data, configuration data, and rules. - Apply a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles, particularly for power distribution, high-speed circuits, and RF signals. - Identify project execution risks or slowdowns proactively and collaborate with managers and/or technical program managers to propose alternative PCB development workflow solutions. - Understand and propose practical fit and function solutions related to miniaturization concepts. - Proactively partner with EE Leads, Mechanical Engineering, TPMs, and other cross-functional teams to resolve design issues. - Work with internal DFM engineers to confirm supplier requirements at project launch. - Engage with external suppliers and Supplier Quality/Process Engineering (SQE/PE) to resolve DFM issues and ensure high-yield builds. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in complex PCB Design. - 5+ years of experience using Allegro PCB Design Tools (version 23.1 or newer). - Strong understanding of the mechanical aspects of electronics design. - Excellent communication skills. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. Preferred Qualifications: - BS in Electrical Engineering. - 3+ years of experience implementing miniaturization solutions in dense form-factor designs (e.g., wearable products, mobile phone design).
