• Support Product Quality to resolve product non-conformance issues / concerns • Identify OEM product to engineer drawing and support Quality Spills • Provide disposition and control national parts inventory • Complete the following work segments and update RFI or FW in GM IMS ERFOU01 & ERFOU02P / ERFOU02Q • Process each RFI & FW to GM Process within 48hrs of receipt • Update and Maintain GM IMS for each RFI or FW worked • Monitor IMS for new RFI & FW pending daily • Assist supplier with questions • Aid all GM Quality initiatives • Attend customer meetings during core hrs.
