Acquired by Clio in 2021, CalendarRules offers a legal calendaring database that thousands of active subscribers use to run millions of date calculations each month. Our automated deadlines help our users save time and reduce errors, providing legal technology that law firms rely on to run efficient and seamless practices in the best interests of their clients. CalendarRules currently provides rule sets for state and federal courts in the United States and Canada. We regularly build new rule sets and our team is growing. What you’ll work on: - Rule Set Building: build basic rule sets by researching and analyzing applicable state, federal, and/or agency codes, rules, and standing orders and drafting clear and concise triggers and deadlines, while ensuring that applicable service, time computation, and holiday rules are taken into account and that deadlines are calculated correctly. - Rule Set Updates: apply applicable rule amendments to relevant rule sets and draft amendment notes for customers. - Rule Set Monitoring: utilize outside software platforms to monitor and track websites for rules amendments. - Customer Support: provide users with support concerning procedural questions and calculations of deadlines based on rules/statutes and help customers become familiar with legal calendaring software in general. - Training: assist with both internal and external training regarding court rules content and the functionality of our rule sets via written communication, telephone and video conferences, and webinars. Translational Research in Oncology (TRIO) is a global academic clinical research organization dedicated to advancing translational cancer research in the clinical trial setting. TRIO is looking for a Clinical Outsourcing Analyst (referred to internally as Clinical Outsourcing Unit Manager) to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Director, Procurement and Pricing Operations, this position will be remote-based in the United States.
