QA Engineer

• Review and validate QualityDocs functionality against business and regulatory requirements • Execute manual test cases for document lifecycle workflows (creation, review, approval, archival) • Perform regression, smoke, and UAT testing for system updates and configurations • Identify, document, and track defects with clear reproduction steps • Ensure compliance with GxP and validation standards • Collaborate with business users, QA, and development teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues • Support validation documentation, including test scripts, execution evidence, and traceability
Job Requirements
- Experience in manual testing of enterprise systems
- Familiarity with Veeva QualityDocs or similar document management systems
- Understanding of GxP and validation processes in regulated environments
- Hands-on experience with Web API / REST API testing
- Experience working with MS SQL (basic queries, data validation)
- Experience with ServiceNow and Jira for defect tracking and workflow management
- Experience with regression, smoke, and UAT testing
- Strong attention to detail and structured approach to testing
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
