Animal Equality is an international animal advocacy organization working to end cruelty to farmed animals. Through undercover investigations, campaigns, and legal advocacy, we change the lives of animals around the globe. Position summary The Salesforce Database Administrator will own the administration, development, and strategic evolution of Animal Equality's Salesforce CRM. This role goes beyond day-to-day maintenance — it requires someone who can architect and build custom solutions that meet the organization's growing needs, from volunteer management systems to supporter-facing portals connected to our CRM. Working closely with executive leadership, program staff, and the Technology team, the Salesforce Administrator will serve as a key partner across the organization, translating operational needs into scalable Salesforce solutions that support fundraising, marketing, outreach, and core program workflows. The role also carries an international scope, supporting the rollout and standardization of Salesforce across Animal Equality's global offices.
