In this role, you will be accountable for the safe custody and movement of securities, the processing of post-trade transactions, and the seamless distribution of entitlements for our participants. Reports to: Manager, CDS Transfer and Clearing Operations Job Location: This role is hybrid (2-3 days/week in the office) - based in Montreal, QC Key Accountabilities: - Operational Execution: Execute the timely processing of deposits, withdrawals, and security/funds ledger adjustments to maintain accurate depository records. - Cross-Border & Movement Monitoring: Actively monitor cross-border security movements and ensure all activity aligns with established clearing and settlement protocols. - Reconciliation & Control: Review daily strip reconciliation reports and resolve any "out of balance" discrepancies promptly to mitigate operational risk. - Shareholder Communications: Oversee the authorization of Shareholder meetings (NRMDs), coordinate weekly publications in financial newspapers, and manage the distribution of bulletins for shareholder declarations. - Reporting & Compliance: Manage the Holders of Record requests and lead the annual declaration process for Canadian Banks, ensuring all predetermined regulatory deadlines are met. - Financial Administration: Facilitate monthly billing by inputting relevant statistics and fees, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner. - Client Service: Serve as a professional point of contact for customer inquiries, providing technical solutions for moderately complex operational problems. • Lead Data Quality Program – Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, working closely with data owners and business stakeholders to identify quality gaps, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress against quality benchmarks. • Identify and Resolve Data Quality Gaps – Conduct ongoing data profiling and analysis across key enterprise systems—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero—to surface data quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute resolution strategies. • Manage customer data unification and hierarchy management – Run and maintain matching and hierarchy assignment and work with business stakeholders to conduct reviews on time • Implement Controls and Checks – Partner with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero system teams to design and implement data validation rules, automated checks, and preventative controls that reduce data quality issues at the point of entry. • Manage Data Quality for Key Data Objects – Own end-to-end data quality management for critical data assets, including defining quality dimensions, building monitoring processes, and reporting on quality trends over time. • Leverage External Data Vendors – Collaborate with external data providers such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enrich, validate, and standardize enterprise data, ensuring alignment between third-party data and internal records. • Develop Data Standards and Definitions – Create and maintain data standards and field-level definitions to ensure consistent data entry and usage across all departments and systems. • Monitor and Report on Data Quality Metrics – Establish KPIs for data quality success, regularly assess program effectiveness, and provide executive reporting on data quality improvements, remediation status, and control adoption.

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented SIU Analyst/Investigator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of healthcare claims through comprehensive audits, analyses, and process improvements. The SIU Investigator (Analyst) primary responsibility is to detect, investigate, and produce change in aberrant behavior observed in our healthcare customer's claims and enrollment data. You will work both independently and with a team of clinical SMEs to analyze data, assess exposure, and manage investigative caseload from identification through to resolution including overpayment recovery, measuring behavior change and completing necessary reporting for FWA recoupments and savings. Key Responsibilities - Identify and conduct investigations into known or suspected FWA with high autonomy - Develop documentation to substantiate findings, including formal reports, graphs, audit logs, and other supporting documentation. - Perform root cause analysis to inform future algorithmic identification of similar claims or cases and associated savings (i.e., help move identified case types from "pay-and-chase" to preventive edits and pre-payment activity) - Participate in the development and presentation of FWA-related education for assigned Customers - Perform coding reviews for flagged claims, to support Coding team (if applicable).
