Senior Data Quality Analyst

• Lead Data Quality Program – Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, working closely with data owners and business stakeholders to identify quality gaps, prioritize remediation efforts, and track progress against quality benchmarks. • Identify and Resolve Data Quality Gaps – Conduct ongoing data profiling and analysis across key enterprise systems—including Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero—to surface data quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with business stakeholders to define and execute resolution strategies. • Manage customer data unification and hierarchy management – Run and maintain matching and hierarchy assignment and work with business stakeholders to conduct reviews on time • Implement Controls and Checks – Partner with Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero system teams to design and implement data validation rules, automated checks, and preventative controls that reduce data quality issues at the point of entry. • Manage Data Quality for Key Data Objects – Own end-to-end data quality management for critical data assets, including defining quality dimensions, building monitoring processes, and reporting on quality trends over time. • Leverage External Data Vendors – Collaborate with external data providers such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enrich, validate, and standardize enterprise data, ensuring alignment between third-party data and internal records. • Develop Data Standards and Definitions – Create and maintain data standards and field-level definitions to ensure consistent data entry and usage across all departments and systems. • Monitor and Report on Data Quality Metrics – Establish KPIs for data quality success, regularly assess program effectiveness, and provide executive reporting on data quality improvements, remediation status, and control adoption.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Data Management with a strong focus on Data Quality Management and data remediation
- Strong SQL skills required; ability to write complex queries for data profiling, analysis, and quality monitoring
- Strong experience with Salesforce data structures and data management within the Salesforce platform
- Good experience in driving data quality standardization and establishing controls across the enterprise
- Experience working with external data vendors such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet is a significant plus
- Experience with NetSuite and/or ChurnZero data is a plus
- Exposure to AWS and Snowflake is a plus
- Experience with Generative AI and using AI to drive data quality and metadata management is a plus
- Proficiency in Data Modeling for analytical purposes is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize work to meet multiple, competing deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals, deadlines, and desired results
- Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
