Remote Sales Representative – Benefits Enrollment SpecialistAbout the RoleWe are hiring a Remote Sales Representative to join our benefits enrollment team. In this role, you will connect with members of labor unions, associations, and credit unions we already work with to help them understand and enroll in the permanent insurance benefits available to them. Salary *Salary is negotiable Key Responsibilities Prospect & Pipeline Management - Monitor and qualify incoming new business prospects to ensure rapid response times and proper routing to Sales Executives and Account Managers - Provide inbound channel oversight by managing information form submissions and the company’s information inbox to capture every opportunity - Prospect nurturing through engagement of "warm" prospects with confident, competent communication regarding baseline pricing and high-level value propositions - Draft constructive, professional, and customer-centric email responses to move prospects further down the funnel efficiently Sales Operations & Data Integrity - Maintain meticulous CRM records, ensuring data accuracy for prospect source, names, titles, associations, conversion milestones, LinkedIn profiles, etc. - Coordinate with IT and leadership for system troubleshooting, managing Out-of-Office (OOO) windows, and maintaining security protocols - Facilitate procurement login setups and credential management in partnership with Sales Executives, Account Management, and Operations. - Partner with leadership, marketing, and operations to develop and refine high-level value propositions with tailored messaging and email templates for prospecting - Work within HubSpot Playbooks to capture executive knowledge and turn it into repeatable, scalable sales assets Strategic Research & Pre-Sales Intelligence - Create comprehensive prospect intake summary briefs for the sales team to streamline the discovery process - Utilize AI research tools and organizational deep-dives to perform advanced prospect vetting. This includes evaluation and prioritization of internal resource needs, potential project complexity and size, as well as buyer readiness - Manage RFx coordination from the initial handoff of requests to resourcing partners and coordinators to ensure deadlines are not missed - Act as a proactive bridge between sales operations and executive leadership to secure prospect-specific insights. - Confidently "nudge" and manage executive workflows to obtain the necessary approvals, insights, and strategic direction required to move deals forward. Campaign & Lifecycle Management - Craft a re-engagement strategy by partnering with the email marketing team to manage workflows, ensuring no prospect is permanently lost. - Audit disqualified prospects to refine targeting criteria and improve overall prospect quality.
