Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Key Responsibilities - Lead Cornerstone Learning enhancement projects from requirements gathering through testing and deployment. - Guide the delivery process, ensuring clear documentation and timely execution. - Develop and manage test plans, test execution, and resolve issues. - Engage directly with clients to understand needs, present solutions, and provide consultative guidance. - Collaborate internally to drive project success and maintain high standards of quality. Required Skills and Qualifications - Extensive experience with Cornerstone Learning platform. - Strong consultative skills, with proven ability to lead discussions and influence outcomes. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities for both client-facing and internal collaboration. - Detail-oriented approach to test planning and execution. Working Hours and Location This role supports a US-based client and requires flexibility to work from 3PM to 12AM (local time). Remote candidates are welcome, provided they can maintain these working hours.
