Job Requirements

  • Solid experience as an Agile Coach (4+ years).
  • Experience leading agile transformation at scale.
  • Hands-on experience in tribe ramp-ups.
  • Sustaining the agile model and driving organizational maturity evolution.
  • Experience working with senior leadership, including CPOs, Tribe Leads and executives.
  • Experience in highly complex organizational environments.
  • Required: Advanced English for conversation.
  • Proven experience in: OKR implementation.
  • Improving performance indicators and metrics.
  • Removing organizational impediments.
  • Leadership coaching.
  • Adapting agile approaches according to tribes' maturity.
  • Preferred experience in industries such as: Banking, Insurance, Payments; Technology, Operations, Channels or Infrastructure.
