• Facilitar ceremonias Scrum: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review y Retrospectives. • Asegurar la correcta implementación del marco de trabajo Scrum dentro del equipo. • Identificar, dar seguimiento y ayudar a remover impedimentos que afecten la entrega. • Colaborar estrechamente con el Product Owner para mantener un backlog claro, priorizado y listo para ejecución. • Promover la mejora continua mediante retrospectivas y seguimiento de acciones. • Dar visibilidad del progreso del equipo a través de métricas (velocidad, burndown, cumplimiento de objetivos). • Fomentar la autonomía, la colaboración y la comunicación efectiva dentro del equipo. • Apoyar la adopción de prácticas ágiles en la organización.
Job Requirements
- 1 a 2 años de experiencia en roles relacionados con Agile, Scrum o gestión de proyectos en tecnología.
- Experiencia participando o facilitando ceremonias Scrum.
- Conocimiento práctico de Scrum y principios ágiles.
- Habilidades de comunicación, facilitación y resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad de organización y seguimiento.
